Meet Sr Corna Scheepers, a dedicated nurse and midwife. She has qualified in 1992 , working in various maternity wards until she established her private practice in 2000. Since then she delivered countless babies while upholding her moto of " your baby, your body, your birth".
In 2023 she moved the practice to Polokwane and founded Bellie

In 2023 she moved the practice to Polokwane and founded Bellies and Bumps, a homebirth unit in Florapark. Here she continues to provide excellent care to both moms and their unborn babies.
You can often find her standing barefoot besides her patients and taking on any position to ensure their comfort and well-being.

We first got to know Sonia as a mom that gave birth with us.
In December 2025 we had the need for someone to join our team. Sonia immediately answered the advert and joined us within that week.
She is still busy with her studies and is very dedicated to Bellies.
Her enthusiasm for babies and young children is evident in her work.
